The Genetics Zone ran from 1 to 26 November 2021 and was funded by the Wellcome Centre for Human Genetics.

428 students from 8 schools logged into the Zone.
87% of active students were from target schools: 30% from widening participation schools and 70% from underserved schools.

27 live chats took place. 23 were booked by teachers and 4 were additional chats, open to all students.
